Turtlecreek West Focus Area serves as a roadmap for shaping future decisions, reflecting and fostering a collective vision for the Township. It is founded on the development of forward-looking strategies aimed at leveraging community strengths while addressing local challenges. This document will function as a policy guide for matters concerning community development and growth management, encompassing aspects like land development regulations (such as rezoning and conditional use permits), capital improvements (including parks, water, sanitary sewer, and fire stations), transportation, and initiatives for safeguarding the environment and agricultural resources (such as groundwater protection).
