In mid 2024, the Warren County Regional Planning Commission began a Focus Area Study for west Turtlecreek Township. A process that will consist of many public meetings and require ample public input over the next year. Check this website regularly for upcoming meetings, and newly added documents.
What is a Focus Area Study and why is it important?
A Focus Area Study will be a document that outlines the Township’s goals and visions. It's intended to be a medium-range plan to aid in the growth and physical development of part of a Township over a 5-to-7-year period. The plan includes policies relevant to various elements in the Township, such as land use, density, transportation, utilities, and design.
How to Participate?
Residents will be asked to participate in numerous ways throughout the planning process. Resident participation is crucial because the Plan should directly reflect the opinions, values, and desires of the residents and help the Township act to make those a reality.
